The company's leading fast free forging hydraulic unit models are 6.3MN~125MN, and the products are aimed at the domestic high-end market and have the contemporary international advanced level. It adopts two structure types: integral frame, cylinder-moving type and pre-stressed split frame, push-down type, press forging size control accuracy ±1mm, fast forging frequency 80-120 times/min, hydraulic press and operation can be realized under computer control Automatic production of machines.
The main body of the hydraulic press adopts modern design and analysis methods, and uses finite element analysis and numerical simulation to simulate and analyze the structure of the main body. The hydraulic system adopts multi-pump volume + servo proportional control mode. The core components adopt German Rexroth products (main pump, forged valve), and other valves adopt Italian Athos products. The electrical control of the unit consists of Siemens S7-1500 series PLC, industrial control computer and Ethernet to form an upper-level monitoring operation mode, and forms a fieldbus distributed control system through PROFINET, thereby providing a basis for the implementation of the production process execution system (MES) for the enterprise.
